The Right Clothing

When ever you are going to be doing something physically active you always want to make sure that you are dressed appropriately. The activity you are participating in can have a lot to do with finding the proper attire. If you are going for a hike for example you have a lot more leeway in how you dress compared to if you are going for a run. This can mean the difference between a causal outfit like a light tee-shirt and khaki shorts to a sports bra and spandex running shorts.

The weather can have a lot to do with decision. If it is warm outside it is always better to be prepared for the heat. If it is on the colder side you always want to wear layers. When you wear layers you always have the option of taking off layers when your body temperature rises. It is always better to dress on the safe side then to wish you had! Now if it is really cold again I suggest layers, lot of layers. This is because you never know how warm your body will get after exercise.
