Going for a Run

My fiancé and I are always trying to keep in shape. As the years pass it gets harder and harder to make time for it! Although we both know it is important to stay in shape, lack of motivation always seems to play a key role! For Christmas this year we invested into the Nike plus. It is a system that works with your I-pod to track your running progress. At the end of a run it will tell you how far you have ran your average pace per mile and the amount of calories you have burned. Going for a run is something that you can pretty much do anytime you want as long as you have the time. Unlike going to the gym you do not have to drive anywhere, or prepare to see anybody except for maybe someone in passing on the running path. Mt fiancé and I used to go running in the mornings a couple time a week. Lately we have lost the habit of running and going to the gym. My personal goal for us to be able to get back in the habit! Either going running, or going to the gym at least three times a week. After we conquer that goal we can set higher ones.
