The lightweight C-5 alloy sits lightly on your face, for all day comfort, and titanium Mono Shock hinges allow the stem to flex, if needed, to protect against breakage. Another great update is the curvature of the lens. Whereas the original aviators had flat lenses, the Plaintiff has 8.75 base curvature, providing better optical clarity. The Plutonite lenses protect against the suns harmful rats and Oakleys HDPolarization technology provides the best polarized lenses around.
